Two Step is a small working desk conceptualised for the work with electronic devices in a domestic environment mainly. Providing two different table top heights the user can change quickly between a standing and a seated work position depending on the mood and the sort of task he has to accomplish. The smaller and higher positioned surface can also function as a shelf where things
like drinking glasses and other unused objects can be placed while the bigger table top stays clean and thus provides an ideal working atmosphere. To allow a comfortable handling and storing of charging cables and other objects a drawer is placed underneath.
All functional elements described above are supported by a base consisting of a steel-sheet frame and 4 wooden legs. Coated in the same colour the base is perceived as one element where the table tops and the drawer are attached to.
